volvo 2017 S60 map update Sensus system

First go to volvo site, select your car model and car model(which is in form of ATxxxx)
there may be 1 or 2 options for your car model, select the one fit your car.
then select the down load section, and click on the map down load.
It will down load a exe file name like Sensus_Update_MCA_Taiwan.exe which is a down loader
Prepare a USB drive, better to format it as FAT32 and make sure there is nothing else on it, and no other program running on your PC which may access to your USB file system.
it took me few try to get the loader running. with version 32319288, the zise is 3.63GB.
run the program, it's a down loader, I select to down load directly to USB, you can also save it on the hard drive.
Depends on the size of map speed of map, mine took more than 1 hr...
afterdown load, the program will check if the file on the USB, if not correct, then you have to clear the USB drive and better to format again in 32FAT, then re-start the down load program....
Go to the car, plug the USB drive into the USB port, turn on the ACC, the car system will find the USB and tell you how long does it take to complete the update. In my case, it says 10 mins...depends on the size.
you can still operate other stuff, such as music, my car, web...etc, beside the Nav...
Once complete, it would shown complete, then you can go to Nav to check the version...
