2017 Volvo S60 T4 battery weaker and weaker
2022 3 10 it start with about 5 sec of crank, seems the battery is giving up...
This volvo has 2 battteries, one is start battery, one is called support battery.
1 is start battery, 2 is support battery, my car is in A config
Important
When replacing the support battery, a battery of AGM type must be fitted.
When replacing the starter battery in cars with the Start/Stop function, a battery of EFB type or stronger must be installed.
For automatic gear box, it require 760CCA on start battery and 170CCA on support battery.

So, the target battery is a EFB at 70AH and 760CCA with dimension:278x175x190
I did few measurement on current battery:
With out engine running, the battery is at 10.51V
some one told me that one cell is broken...
The car is barely start with this voltage.
Once engine started, the voltage is about 14.2V at slow rpm.
and I also measured 8A of charging current.
When stop the engine, car system still draw 6A from battery.
Even with door locked.
after few minutes, the current dropped to very few A.
At this time 2022, the battery price is going higher and higher...
in the past, I used to get a EFB battery from 2xxxNTD to 34xxxNTD, I did some search on web,now a Bosch or Varta LN3(DIN74) is about 5500NTD....
I end up with a varta E39 (LN3) AGM 70AH at 6500NTD with installation at 新力電池行
